What we do:

• Production processes take place in the clean room in Tulln, meeting the highest quality standards
• Production, bottling, raw material storage and laboratory in a class D clean room
• Bottling using laminar air flow
• Autonomous ventilation systems with an emergency generator
• Process-controlled CIP-system (Cleaning in Place)
• In-house GMP-compliant laboratory used to monitor the hygiene of the entire system
• Environmental monitoring systems
• Reverse osmosis system for making Aqua Purificata for production and cleaning
• Qualified production plant
• Private label production possible for cosmetic products and food supplements upon request

Quality control:

Upon request, we conduct internal laboratory testing throughout the production process, tailored to your requirements. This ranges from incoming goods inspections to in-process checks and finished product testing. Microbiological quality controls are carried out in the in-house GMP-compliant laboratory.
